By accessing and using VirtualTech Kenya's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
- We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Payment must be received in full before order processing
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Free delivery applies to Nairobi CBD only; other areas may incur charges
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
- You must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage immediately
5. Returns and Refunds
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
- Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., opened software, consumables)
6. Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. VirtualTech facilitates warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
VirtualTech Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
